Digital download printable artwork is art in jpg format that is available instantly after purchase.  The artwork is a cost-effective method to instantly own high-quality art without paying for shipping or waiting for days for your artwork to arrive. You can print on a home desktop printer or upload to an online or local print service.  Digital download printable artwork provides the ultimate flexibility in selecting your own paper, whether it be matte, glossy, canvas, or some other surface.  You can choose the paper, size, frame, and printer to make the final artwork reflect your unique style.  

DPI means "dots per inch" so in one square inch there are a specific number of dots of color.  A normal image seen on the internet is 72DPI.  Seventy-two dots in every inch to create the colors, contrast, details, and clarity of an image.  Our images are created with 400DPI to provide the most dots of colors to maximize the quality of our images.  

After successfully purchasing the digital download artwork, a Download Link button will be available on the confirmation page so that you can instantly download the artwork.  If you do not download the artwork at that time, don't worry, you will also receive an email with a link to the artwork that was purchased.  

If your email with the link is missing, please check your junk, spam, or promotional email folder as the email with the digital download link may be filed in error into this email folder.  

We recommend using a desktop computer or laptop to save your files. Saving to a mobile device may cause the files to not save correctly.

The files are available for download three times.

 Please contact us at support@luckykittystudio.com if you have any issues accessing the files for download.  

1. Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.
2. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
3. To unzip a single file or folder, double-click the zipped folder to open it. Then, drag or copy the item from the zipped folder to a new location.

The zip folder will include a total of 9 artwork jpg files and two additional jpg files with files sizes and printing information.  

All of the artwork are 400DPI jpg files.

We recommend using thick cardstock or heavyweight photo paper.   A glossy, semi-gloss, satin, or matte paper can be used based on your preference.  A matte paper will have less glare and reflection when framed.

When printing your files, please check the available options to be ensure that your printer's settings are set to print at the highest "quality" printing available.  Settings may need to be adjusted the image fit to "fill page" or "shrink to fit" as needed based on the settings available on you printer. .

Download files to laptop, online cloud or USB drive. Select Print Shop or Online Service.  Follow the steps provided by the shop or service.

Mounting sawtooth brackets are included with each canvas. 

No, the art prints do not have any hardware or tape to use to hang the art print on the wall.  

The available sizes of the canvas and prints are listed in the Size Guide section on each product page.
At this time, we do not offer personalization on the size of the canvas or prints.
At this time, we do not offer personalization of the artwork style or image. 

We do not recommend hanging or displaying the canvas or print outside.  

Each canvas and art print is made to order at the time the order is made.

Production takes 3-5 business days to create. Estimated shipping time frames for the USA and international countries are noted on each product page under Shipping Information.  

Please note that international countries may be required to pay additional costs as required by your country's import regulations or customs.  Unexpected delays may occur due to your country's import regulations or customs. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We want you to be happy with your artwork so please reach out to us with any concerns at support@luckykittystudio.com. Please see our complete Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy here.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@luckykittystudio.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The canvas is packaged in a foam sleeve with bubble wrap padding inside a flat shipping box to ensure safe delivery. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please provide us with an alternative shipping address to ensure successful delivery.
